A referral network for certified recovery residences.
Operators spend time on referrals that don't work out: people who can't cover the rate, aren't a fit, or don't arrive. Tennessee Recovery Reserve screens every referral for housing fit and funding before sending it, so an operator can see who can pay, who has a payer behind them, and who needs a scholarship before committing a bed. There is no cost to participate.
Certified residences receive referrals first. Operators who aren't yet certified can still register; assistance toward certification is part of the network's purpose.
How it works for operators.
Screened referrals
Each referral carries a housing-fit score and a funding score before it reaches an operator, including whether the person has income, a third-party payer, or a funding gap.
Operators decide
The network sends matches; the operator accepts or declines. Nothing is placed without the operator's agreement, and there is no fee.
Weekly availability
Once a week the network asks how many beds are open. The operator replies with a number. That report is what routes new referrals toward that operator's open beds.
